    2 1/4 cups flour
    1 packet of yeast (2.24 teaspoons)
    3 tbsp canola oil
    1 tbsp sugar
    1 tsp salt
    1 cup water, warm


Mix together 1 cup flour, yeast, sugar and salt. Add the warm water and vegetable oil. Mix together and add flour until the dough comes away from the sides of the bowl. Knead remaining flour into dough and knead for 5-7 minutes. Put dough back in a bowl, cover and let rise at least 30 minutes. Divide into halves and flatten out to desired shape. Heat oven to 450 degrees and bake 7 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from oven, cover with sauce and toppings and bake again until cheese is melted.
