    1 1/2 cups wheat bran
    1 cup buttermilk
    1/3 cup vegetable oil
    2 egg whites
    1/2 cup sugar or brown sugar
    1 teas vanilla extract
    1 cup whole wheat flour
    1 teas baking soda
    1 teas baking powder
    1/2 teas salt


Combine dry ingredients and wet ingredients separately. Mix dry and wet together. Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 to 20.
