My version of the McDonald's Favorite. My version of the McDonald's Favorite.
Number of Servings: 2


    4, Slices of Cinnamon Raisin Bread, left out over-night or pre-toasted in Toaster.

    2 Tbsp. Sugar Free Maple Syrup.

    2 Pats/ Tbsp. Butter.

    2 Tbsp. Olive Oil.

    2 Eggs, Scramled or Poached.

    2 Slices of Deli or Thin Sliced Ham.

    2 Slices of American or Cheddar Cheese.

    Large Non-Stick Pan or Griddle.


Prepare Bread by either leaving it out over- night to 'stiffen' or Pre-Toast (lightly) in Toaster. When ready to cook, apply softened Butter and Maple Syrup to each side.

Meanwhile, pre-heat Pan or Griddle until HOT, apply PAM or Olive Oil when your ready to cook; to prevent sticking prior to placing the bread into them. Have the Eggs already prepaired according to your choice, have the Cheese room temperatured for quicker melting also. When the pan is HOT, apply the Oil/ PAM, place the bread evenly into the pan and brown to your liking. Use a Spatula to flip the bread to brown evenly. Place onto serving plate, add the Egg, Cheese, Ham to the cooked bread alternating between Sandwiches to apply evenly and serve with additional Syrup if desired. Enjoy!
