    Jennie-O Extra Lean Ground Turkey, 16 oz (remove)
    Broccoli, fresh, 6 cup, chopped (remove)
    Garlic, 2 clove (remove)
    Onions, raw, 2 cup, chopped (remove)
    Worcestershire, 8 tsp (remove)
    Soy Sauce, .25 cup (remove)
    Egg Noodles, enriched, 12 oz (remove)
    Canola Oil, .125 cup (remove)


brown ground turkey.
chop veggies, add to pan
add soy and Worcestershire, and oil
mix, reduce heat and simmer till broccoli reaches desired tenderness
cook noodles according to package , drain, add to mixture.
mix and serve
top with Parmesan cheese to taste

* I know it sounds weird to add the cheese but the mix of Worcestershire and the cheese together is Awesome!!
