    3 cans black beans, undrained
    1 medium onion, chopped
    4 cloves garlic, chopped
    1/2 teaspoon red pepper seeds
    2 cups water
    2 chicken bouillion cubes
    1 can corn, undrained
    1 can chopped tomatoes, undrained
    salt and pepper to taste


Spray a stock pot or large saucepan with olive oil spray. Saute onion, garlic and red pepper seeds until softened. Put in blender or food processor, add 2 cans of beans (undrained) and process until smooth. Return to stock pot and add rest of ingredients. Simmer for at least 20 mintues. About 10 one-cup servings. Better the next day!
