    1 Lb Extra Lean Ground Beef
    1 Medium onion, chopped
    2 Cloves garlic, diced
    2 Cups Stewed Tomatoes
    6-8 Small Potatoes (cut in 1/4)
    1/2 Package frozen sliced carrots
    1 Can corn, drained
    1/2 Cup frozen peas
    1 1/2 Cup Beef broth
    5 Dashes worcestershire sauce
    1 Bay leaf
    1 Package beef stew seasoning


Heat dutch oven. Spray with Pam and add onion and garlic to saute. When translucent, remove and set aside. Add ground beef and brown until no longer pink. Add remaining ingredients except frozen peas. Simmer on low for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. The last 10 minutes of cooking, add the frozen peas. This can also be cooked in the crock pot on low for 8 hours.
