    8 c fresh spinach
    1 c dried cranberries
    1 med pear chopped
    1/4 c cider vinegar or raspberry vinegar
    5 T sugar
    1 t dried minced onion
    1/2 t dried ground mustard
    1/4 t paprika
    1/4 c olive oil
    1 T sesame seeds
    1 t poppy seeds
    2 T chopped pecans roasted


put spinach, cranberries and chopped pears in salad bowl.
Blender the next 6 ingredients until smooth. While running blender steam in the olive oil. blender off and add sesame seeds, poppy seed and pecans and mix in with a spoon.
dress salad and enjoy. 8 servings michelle
