    1 cup whole wheat flour
    1 cup cornmeal
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 tbsp brown sugar
    2 tbsp olive oil
    2/3 cup fat free milk
    1 egg
    1 cup canned pumpkin
    1 Poblano pepper, seeded and diced


Combine dry ingredients. Gently whisk in wet ingredients. Fold in pepper. Spoon into (greased) muffin tin evenly, bake 15 minutes or so until done.
