Classic corn bread ~ yum! Classic corn bread ~ yum!
Number of Servings: 12


    3/4 Cup Corn Meal
    1 cup Flour
    1/3 Cup Granulated Sugar
    3 tsp Baking Powder
    3/4 tsp Salt
    1 Cup skim milk
    1 lg Egg
    2 Tbsp Butter, melted


Makes 12 servings

Sift dry ingredients together, mix wet ingredients into dry. Spoon into greased 8x8 pan or 12 cup muffin tin.Bake about 20 minutes at 425 degrees.
