    Whole Foods Organic Ziti, 2 cups
    Broccoli, fresh, 1.5 cup, chopped
    Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 1 can
    Grapeseed Oil, 2 tbsp
    Garlic, 1.5 tsp
    *Vegetable Stock - Wolfgang Puck Hearty Stock, 1/4 cup
    Fresh ground black pepper to taste
    Red pepper flakes to taste


Bring water to boil in a medium pot. When water is boiling add broccoli and pasta. While waiting for the pasta and broccoli to become tender, heat the oil in a small skillet and sautee the garlic, black pepper and red pepper flakes until garlic becomes fragrant. Remove from heat and set aside. When broccoli and pasta are done, drain them and mix the chickpeas in and return the mixture to the pot along with the oil, garlic, pepper, red pepper flakes and vegetable stock and stir until all ingredients are evenly heated. Makes 3 servings.
