    2 egglands best eggs
    1/8 cup part skim mozzarella cheese
    1/8 cup chopped tomato
    1/8 cup red onions
    1 tbsp thyme
    1 Jimmy Dean Turkey sausage link (1/3 of a serving)
    2 medium flour tortillas


Scramble the eggs with tomato, sausage, onion, cheese and thyme. (Cook on medium heat)

Separate scrambled eggs into two portions and dish out over two 6" flour tortillas.

Wrap and serve!
