Ingredients

    1 lb brussels sprouts, halved and trimmed
    2 tbsp water
    2 tbsp oil
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Heat a large skillet over mdium high heat. Add sprouts and water. Cover and steam for 5-6 minutes. Remove lid and let remaining water cook off. Add oil and cook until sprouts are brown and carmelized. Season to taste.

Serves two (because you just can't stop eating them!)
