I substituted whole wheat flour for all purpose flour I substituted whole wheat flour for all purpose flour
Number of Servings: 72


    2 cups whole wheat flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 cup (2 sticks) butter softened
    1/3 cup Splenda
    1/3 cup Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
    2 large eggs
    1 1/3 cups (8oz. pkg). Hershey's Sugar Free Chocolate Chips
    1 cup chopped walnuts (optional)


1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F

2. Stir together flour, baking soda, and salt.
Beat butter, Splenda, brown sugar blend, and vanilla in large bowl until creamy. Add eggs; beat well.
Gradually add flour mixture, beating well.
Stir in chocolate chips and nuts.
Drop by rounded teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheet.

3. Bake 7 to 9 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Cool slightly; remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. Cool completely. About 4 1/2 dozen cookies.

  • This recipe is from the back of the sugar free chocolate chip bag. They turned out very good but a little different from regular choc chip cookies. More airy, less chewy. Also I only got 2 dozen 2 1/2 inch cookies, so I have to double the serving size per cookie in my tracker. Overall, good cookies. - 12/4/11
