    1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions
    1 c. chopped cabbage
    1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
    1/3 Cup Greek Yogurt
    1 teaspoon grated lime rind
    2 Tbs. fresh lime juice
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    tsp Garlic powder or minced garlic
    c. roasted red pepper
    3.5 oz talapia or Basa
    2 tsp olive oil
    2 corn torillas


Saute the cabbage in 1 tsp of the olive oil until translucent. Set aside.
Mix the yogurt, cilantro, garlic powder, lime juice & rind together and chill.
Slice the fish and saute until lightly golden. Shred.
Place fish in a tortilla shell, top with cabbage, yogurt sauce and your favorite salsa.
Makes one serving
