    1 box pilsbury Cinnamon Swirl quick bread
    1/2 cup sour cream
    1/3 cup water
    2 eggs
    1 cup apple peeled and chopped
    1/2 cup walnuts


Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease & flour bottom of 8-9 inch square pan. In a large bowl combine quick bread mix, sour cream, water & eggs. Stir 50-75 strokes until mix is blended. Pour half of batter into greased and floured pan. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup of choped apples and 1/4 cup of nuts and 3/4 cup of swirl mix. Pour remaining batter over swirl. Spread carefull to cover. Sprinkle with remaining apples, nuts & swirl mix.

Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes for 8 inch pan. 40-50 minutes for 9 inch pan.

Squeeze glaze packet 10-15 times before opening. Cut off small corner of packet. Drizzle over cooled snack cake.
