I created this on my own with some ingredients that I had at home to make a healthier muffin that I could eat for breakfast with a glass of skim milk or as a post workout snack. I created this on my own with some ingredients that I had at home to make a healthier muffin that I could eat for breakfast with a glass of skim milk or as a post workout snack.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1/2 cup water
    1 packet vanilla lean muscle meal (whey protein)
    1 egg
    4 oz. all natural brown cow greek yogurt strawberry on the bottom
    1/2 cup no sugar added frozen strawberries (you could use fresh ones if you have them on hand)
    1 cup oats
    2 tsp splenda

Directions

Mix all ingredients until well blended
Pour into regular muffin pan (makes 6)
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
