Ingredients

    13 x 2 tbsp servings Chia Goodness
    5 x 2 tbsp servings shelled hemp seed

Directions

Makes 18 2-tablespoon servings

Mix the Chi goodness and hemp seed together and store in a covered container.

To eat: put a 2 tablespoon serving in a small bowl, cover with 2-3 tablespoons of hot water. Let set for 2-4 minutes until the water is absorbed.
