Introduction

Ingredients

    Meat (Lean ground beef, extra lean ground pork), beans (red kidney and black turtle), Coarse chopped (Tomatoes, green bell and red sheppard peppers, onion), chipotle salsa, chipotle pepper powder, ground cumin

Directions

spray large pot lightly with cooking spray. Set heat low. Add chopped onion & ground meats & mix well together. increase the heat to medium as the meat fat is rendered and the meat is browning. Mix meat & onion frequently to break up meat. add chipotle sauce, chopped peppers, seasoning. Mix well. Once chili is bubbling, reduce heat to low & simmer for remainder of the time

Note: I use cumin powder (but only seed in database)
makes apx 15 x 150 ml (5 oz) servings

Good bulk recipe to freeze in family dinner portions for later use.
