Low Fat, Low Cal turkey chili Low Fat, Low Cal turkey chili

Ingredients

    1 lb. ground turkey breast
    1 onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 garlic clove, chopped
    1 14oz can pinto beans
    1 28oz can diced tomatoes
    1 tsp oregano
    1/2 tsp ground cumin
    1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
    1/2 tsp black pepper

Directions

Brown turkey breast, onion, green pepper and garlic in a large po, breaking up turkey breast into small pieces. Add drained pinto beans and all spices. Cook, stirring one minute. Add diced tomatoes. Lower the heat and simmer for 10 - 15 minutes.
Makes 8 (1 cup) servings
