    1 med onion, chopped
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    2 T canola oil
    1 lb 93% lean gnd beef
    1/2 t cumin
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    1 vine tomato, chopped
    1 T parsley flakes
    1 T chili powder
    1 T cocoa powder
    10 drops Stevia


Makes 4 servings
1. Saute garlic, onion and celery in oil, add beef; cook until lightly browned.
2. In a bowl mix all other ingredients, add into meat mixture.
3. Cook until heated thru.
4. Place in 4 bowls, top with fresh cilantro and lime juice.
