    * Bread, whole wheat toasted, 8 slices, cut up in cubes
    * Milk, nonfat, 1 cup
    * Egg, fresh, 2 large
    * Vanilla Extract, 2 tsp
    * Granulated Sugar, 0.5 cup
    * Butter, unsalted, 4 tbsp
    * Raisins, 1 cup, packed


-Preheat oven to 350F
-Melt butter in a pie dish, grease the sides
-Mix eggs, milk, sugar, raisins, vanilla in a large bowl
-Add bread to bowl, mix it up and let it soak the liquid mix
-Pour the bowl mix in to the pie dish
-Bake it for 30 (up to 45) min
-Serve warm either with ice cream or whipped cream
