    1 T. flax meal
    1 T. almond meal
    1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder
    1 T. unsweetened cocoa
    1/4 t. baking powder
    2 t. Splenda
    1 T. unsweetened coconut
    1 T. unsalted butter
    1 T. chunky natural peanut butter
    1/4 c. cold water
    1 egg


Melt butter and peanut butter in microwave. Using a large cereal bowl, mix all dry ingredients together. Add water, melted butters, and one egg. Beat together thoroughly and scrape down the sides of the bowl. Microwave about 90 seconds on high. Gently separate the muffin sides from the mug with a butter knife then invert onto serving plate. Top with whipped cream, if desired.
