    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    Carrots, raw, 4 oz
    Oscar Mayer Center Cut Smoked Bacon, 1 serving = 3 slices, 2 serving
    Pepper, black, .25 tsp
    Beans, navy, 2 cup


Soak overnight 1/2 cup dried navy beans, (beans swell to 2 cups by volume). In crockpot, add drained & rinsed beans, fine chopped onion, green pepper & carrots & 2 quarts water. Cook off bacon, crumble & add, along with 1/4 tsp black pepper. Cook on high for 2 hrs, turn down to low and cook all day. Stir occaissionally add water & more seasonings as desired.
