Introduction

Easy cabbage side dish Easy cabbage side dish
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1/2 cup chopped onions
    1 link of turkey sausage, sliced and diced
    1 medium head cabbage, washed and cut up
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    Seasoning (I use Tony's)

Directions

Heat olive oil up in skillet until hot, add onions and sausage. Cook over medium heat, stirring often, for about 3 minutes until onion is opaque and sausage is browned. Add cabbage to pan and season the cabbage as you add it. Toss sausage and onion mixture through and over the cabbage. Reduce heat to low and cook until cabbage is soft--about 20-25 minutes.
