    Applesauce, unsweetened, .5 cup
    Honey, .25 cup
    Brown Sugar, .5 cup, packed
    *EnerG Egg Replacer, 3 tsp
    Water, tap, .25 cup
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
    Bob's Red Mill GF All-Purpose Flour, 1 cup
    Bob's Red Mill Tapioca Flour, .5 cup
    Baking Soda, .5 tsp)
    Baking Powder, 1 tsp
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
    Trader Joe's Raw Sliced Almonds, .5 cup
    Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry), 3 serving
    Raisins, .5 cup, packed
    Flaxseed, .25 cup
    CVS Easy Fiber, 10 tsp


Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Cream applesauce, honey, sugar, EnerG egg substitute mixed with water, and vanilla. Slowly, add dry ingrdiants. Place by large teaspoons-full on cookie sheets prepared with parchment or pan spray. Bake for 15 minutes. Cool on rack.
