    15 oz Libby's Pumpkin
    1/4 c. egg beaters
    12oz can nonfat evaporated milk
    3 Tbsp + 3/4 tsp Truvia
    4 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice

    Pillsbury Reduced Sugar Yellow Cake mix, whole box
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    spray butter


Heat oven to 350 and grease bottom if 13 x 9 pan.
Mix pumpkin, evaporated milk, egg substitute, truvia, and pumpkin pie spice in a bowl. Pour into pan.
Gently press cake mix into pumkin mixture to get it moistened. Next sprinkle walnuts on top. Finally, spray butter spray (I used Smart Balance) all over top of cake.
Bake 50-60 minutes. Makes 12 servings.
