    1 box angel food cake mix
    1 oz almonds (Chopped)
    2 small boxes sugar free fat free cheescake mix instant
    4 tbsp Fifty50 sugar free strawberry jelly
    1 container 8 oz cool whip free
    1 cup halved strawberries
    4 cups fat free milk


Heat oven to 400. In bowl prepare cake mix as directed. Stir in almonds. Pour cake into greased parchment lined 11X17 jelly roll pan. Bake 15 minutes or until lightly golden and springy to touch. Using a knife loosen cake around edges invert onto clean towel. Remove paper, starting at short end roll cake with towel. Freeze 5 minutes. Prepare pudding mix according to package directions. Unroll cake and remove towel. Spread cake with jelly and then top with cheesecake mixture leaving a 1 inch border. Reroll cake without towel this time. Place on platter and coat with cool whip. Chill 2 hours. Top with berries. You may use any variation of pudding mixture and jelly mixture.
