    1 container of small curd cottage cheese (8 oz)

    2 cups of sharp cheddar

    8 oz of elbow noodles

    1 egg

    paprika (for a garnish, not necessary)

    teaspoon of salt.


-Cook the noodles

-Drain and then mix all the ingredients together in one large bowl

-Cook at 350 for about 35-40 min (I always just wait until the edges look crispy)
