    1 can corn
    1 can black beans
    1 can pinto beans
    1 16 oz. jar salsa, or 2 cans rotel tomatos
    1 pk taco seasoning, or to taste
    3-4 chicken breasts, depending on size.


Open all cans, dump them into a crockpot. Add Chicken, frozen or thawed. Turn crock pot on, or you can make this on the stove too.

Serve with shredded cheese, or sour cream.

This makes 8-10 1 cup servings, freezes well!
