    1/4 cup butter
    1/2 cup peanut butter
    1 pkg colored marshmallows (250g)
    1 pgk butterscotch chips (300g)


1. Melt together butter & peanut butter (30 sec in microwave)
2. Add Butterscotch chips and melt (1 min in microwave) stir until smooth.
3. Stir in marshmallows. Mix until coated.
4. Pour into pan lined with waxed paper.
5. Freeze until hard (45 mins) and cut into bite sized squares.
6. Store in freezer in ziplock bag.
