Also good with Parmesan Cheese. Also good with Parmesan Cheese.

    1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1/3rds
    1/4 cup Italian style bread crumbs
    1/2 stick butter


Cut chicken breasts into thirds and melt butter in microwave. Put bread crumbs in zip-lock bag; shake chicken to coat lightly. Put chicken pieces in baking dish, pour butter over the top and bake in 350 degree oven for 20-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Could sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese as well. Makes 4 servings.
