Introduction
That's right folks... I said it and I did it. Pumpkin.... Pie.... Ice Cream! That's right folks... I said it and I did it. Pumpkin.... Pie.... Ice Cream!Number of Servings: 12
Ingredients
-
1 carton of Breyers Fat Free Vanilla Ice Cream (1.8L)
1 15 oz can of pumpkin
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp cinnamon
Directions
Set out ice cream to soften.
Place in blender once softened. I actually used my new Ninja Pro and HIGHLY reccommend it. It's amazing!
Anyway, add can of pumpkin and spices and blend until well mixed. You can add more spices if you want, it's really for your desired pumpkin taste.
Place in freezer covered for 30 minutes, stir and continue to freeze.
If you really want to get creative like I did, you can sprinkle crushed graham crackers over top upon serving. You can also place ice cream in a graham cracker crust to have an ice cream pumpkin pie. Just a couple of ideas but nutrition information is based on the ice cream itself.
Enjoy!
Makes 12 1/2 cup servings (6 cups in total)
