    1 lb. Sirloin Steak 1 chunks
    3/4 cup Dry Lentils
    8 Roma Tomatoes - diced
    1 Tbsp. Tomato Paste
    1 sm. Onion - chopped
    1 med. Garlic Clove minced
    1 lg. Zucchini diced
    3 cups Beef Broth
    1/2 tsp. Dried Oregano
    1/4 tsp. Black Pepper
    1/4 cup fresh Basil slivered


Place all ingredients, except basil, in a 5-quart or larger slow cooker; stir well. Cook on low for 6 to 7 hours.

Remove cover, stir in basil. Cover and cook on low setting for 5 minutes more.
