Ingredients

    1 tsp cummin seeds
    1 tsp coriander seeds
    1 tsp blk.peppercorns.
    2 cup greek lowfat yogurt (plain)
    1 small cucumber peeled and finely chopped
    1 small red onion finely chopped
    1 small tomato chopped
    2 fresh green chiles(jalopeno)
    1 tsp cayenne pepper
    1 tsp fresh mint chopped
    1.4 tsp salt (if you like)
    1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Directions

serves 6
combine cumin,coriander and peppercorn in small frying pan and toast over medium heat for 2-3 min. let cool ,then grind to a fine powder.set aside.
Whisk the yogurt smooth add cucumber,onion,tomato,chilesand mint stir to blend well.Stir in the ground spices and cayenne.Chill well.
Stir in salt if you use it just before serving and sprinkle with the chopped cilantro.
