Ingredients

    1 large potato, cut into 1/2 inch strips
    1 Tbl olive oil
    1/2 Tbl tomato paste
    1/2 Tbl cider vinegar
    1/2 Tbl chili powder
    1/2 tsp salt

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Spray baking sheet with nonstick spray.

2. In bowl, mix everything except potatoes.

3. Add potatoes to BQQ sauce and stir until coated.

4. Arrange potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes.
