Low calorie, low fat, high fiber, high protein! Low calorie, low fat, high fiber, high protein!

    1 13.7 oz. box No Pudge original fat-free brownie mix
    2 C Fiber One original bran cereal
    2 T mini chocolate morsels
    1/8 t ground cinnamon
    1/3 C water
    1 T plain Greek yogurt
    2 t vanilla extract
    1/4 C egg substitute


Heat oven to 350 degrees (F)

Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray

In large bown, mix ingredients with a spoon

Drop dough by round tablespoons 2 inches apart on cookie sheet

Bake 10-12 minutes until set

Cool 2 minutes, then remove from cookie sheets to cooling rack

Cool completely before storing in a tightly covered container (can freeze up to 2 months)
