    tuna, egg noodles, peas, cheddar cheese, low fat cream of mushcroom soup, nonfat milk, bread crumbs.


Cook egg noodles; drain and set aside. In the meantime, mix together tuna, soup and milk in small bowl. In large bowl, combined cooked and drained noodles and tuna mixture. Add frozen peas. Transfer to large casserole dish or cake pan. Cover with breadcrumbs and shredded cheese. Bake at 350 or until warmed through. Makes apx. 12 - 1 cup servings.
