Ingredients

    ground beef, about. 2.5 oz.
    beans, about 1/3 cup to 1/2 cup
    corn, about 1/4 cup to 1/3 cup
    red ripe tomatoes, diced, about 2/3 cup to 3/4 cup
    diced onions, about 4 tbsp (red or white)
    chili powder
    diced garlic, about 1 tbsp (I used dried)
    salt - optional
    red pepper flakes or cayenne - optional, to add a little more heat, to taste
    some cheese to garnish, if you'd like

Directions

sautee diced onion, crumble and brown beef, add tomato, beans (can substitute other beans), corn. Add chili powder, a little garlic if desired (I used dried garlic), cook for about 15 minutes. I used low sodium beans, the recipe program didn't find that so the sodium shown is for regular beans.
