    Dry ingredients
    1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
    1/2 cup unbleached white flour
    1/2 cup for cup stevia in the raw
    1 1/2 tsp baking soda
    1/4 tsp sea salt
    1 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp ground cinnamon
    3/4 cup rolled oat meal
    3/4 cup bran oats
    Wet Ingredients
    1 cup nonfat sour cream
    1 cup water
    1/4 honey
    1 large egg
    2 tsp grated lemon zest
    1 cup blueberries


Preheat oven to 400 decrees
Sift all dry ingredients except rolled oats and bran. Stir in rolled oats, bran and blueberries. In a separate bowl mix all wet ingredients thoroughly. Pour wet ingredients into dry and mix until incorporated, do not over mix.
Fill greased or lined muffin tins until almost full. Bake for 15-20 minutes until done.
