    2 cups pureed squash
    1 1/2 unpacked brown sugar
    1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
    3 eggs
    2 cups whole wheat flour
    1 1/2 cups white/wheat flour
    2 tbs baking powder
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
    1 cup Craisins (or raisins)

    *** using chopped walnuts would've been good ***


Mix wet ingredients together. Add dry ingredients to wet. Dough should be moist, but stiff enough to stand spoon. Add craisins.

Bake in muffin cups 20-25 minutes @ 350
