    fish 16 oz frozen (tilapia, cod, or any mild fish)
    garlic powder 1 tsp
    onion powder 1 tsp
    mushrooms 1 cup sliced
    2 tbsp light Italian dressing
    mozzarella, 2 % shredded .5 cup


HEAT oven to 450F. Place fish in 13x9-inch baking dish; drizzle with dressing.
BAKE 25 min.; top with mushrooms and cheese. Bake or broil 5 min. or until cheese is melted and fish flakes easily with fork.
