A healthier twist on one of my favorites. A healthier twist on one of my favorites.
Number of Servings: 8


    1 lb ground turkey 93/7
    1 lb reduced fat Jimmy Dean breakfast sausage
    1/4 cup plain bread crumbs
    1/8 cup 1% milk
    1 tsp Lea & Perrin
    1/2 tsp Tony's Chachere's
    1 tsp Mrs Dash Garlic and Herb
    2 minced garlic cloves
    1 package Pioneer Brand brown gravy mix


Mix together meats, bread crumbs, milk, Lea & Perrin, Tonys, Mrs Dash and garlic cloves. Make 8 patties and place into hot skillet ( I use an electric skillet). While they are cooking prepare the brown gravy mix according to package directions. Once patties have cooked for a few minutes on both sides pour gravy over the patties and continue to cook until patties are cooked through.
