    Oatmeal, Quick Quaker Oats, 0.25 cup
    Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened), .3 cup, unthawed
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
    Almondmilk, Silk Pure Almond, vanilla, 2 oz
    Water. 1/4 cup


Makes 1 serving

Combine quick oats, cinnamon, stevia, almond milk, and water in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave on half power for 4 minutes. Add blueberries. Stir and enjoy.
