Ingredients

    2 leftover johnsonville brats
    1 bag Uncle Ben's Ready Whole Grain Medley, Santa Fe
    I cup cooked black beans
    1 cup frozen corn (yellow)
    1/2 - 1 cup salsa
    1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

Cut up the brats into bite-size peices. Mix all ingredients together in a microwavable dish. Microwave until hot through and cheese is melted.
