    4 Green Bell Peppers
1 Lb. Lean Ground beef (you can use extra lean but my husband thinks it is not juicy enough)
    1 Medium Onion, chopped
2 Cups Knorr Fiesta Sides Taco or Mexican Rice, cooked
    1 Tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 Cup Fiesta Blend Cheese from walmart you can use whatever cheese you like.

*Tip* You can also make your own rice but I find it easier to use the package because it already has all the flavors I need.

Cut off the tops of the peppers and clean out the inside. Combine All other ingredients in a bowl and then evenly stuff the mixture into the peppers. Place in a baking dish and bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes. If you need to you can poke a hole in the bottom of the peppers for the grease to drain out but sometimes it can make the stuffing dry.
