Ingredients

    6 Turkey Cutlets
    1/3 cup bread crumbs
    1/3 cup parmesan cheese
    1 egg white
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1/4 tsp pepper
    cooking spray

Directions

Beat egg white in med size bowl. In seperate bowl or pan mix parmesan cheese with breadcrumbs, garlic powder and pepper. Dip each cutlet in egg and dredge in bread crumb mixture til well covered. Place on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. lightly spray tops of turkey (this will help them crisp) Bake 25 minutes at 425 degrees. If cutlets are smaller baking time will probably be less
