    16 oz elbow macaroni
    2 cups fat free milk
    1 tbl flour
    2 tbl butter
    8 oz American Cheese, sliced and torn
    4 oz Asagio Cheese, grated


Cook elbow macaroni according to directions on package. Drain

Melt butter in saucepan. Add flour and whisk with 1.2 the milk. Continue to whisk as mixture thickens. Add remaining mil and cheese. Whisk until smmoth. Add to cooked macaroni.

For an extra tasty dish, place mac & cheese in an opiled casserole dish. Combine 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs with 2 tbl of meted butter and sprinkle over top. Sprinkle with a little more asagio or parmesan and bake in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes. Serves 8-10 people.
