    1 Betty Crocker Super Moist Chocolate Fudge Cake Mix
    20 oz can of Comstock Cherry Pie Filling (No Sugar Added)
    2 large eggs (slightly beaten)
    1 teaspoon Almond Extract
    1 16 oz tub of Fat Free Cool Whip
    1/4 cup of Powdered Sugar


Set oven to 350 degrees. Mix dry cake mix, pie filling, eggs and Almond extract together. Make sure that the batter is mixed well but take care not the break the cherries up.

Use a medium ice cream scoop to put batter into cupcake tins. Bake 20 - 25 until done. Cool.

Beat Cool Whip and powder sugar together and frost each cupcake with 1 tablespoon

Makes 24 cupcakes keep in fridge.
