Number of Servings: 30


    2 cups white flour
    2 cups whole wheat flour
    3 tbsp baking powder
    9 tbsp sugar
    3 large eggs
    3 3/4 cups milk
    9 tbsp oil
    3/4 vanilla extract


Heat cooking surface to 325. Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl. Mix all wet ingredients in another bowl. Pour the wet ingredients in to the dry and mix until just blended.
Makes 30 pancakes.
