    White Rice, long grain, 6 cups (cooked)
    Carrots, raw, 453.5 grams (1 pound)
    Broccoli, fresh, 3 cup, chopped
    Goya Sazon 2 packets
    Onions, raw, 1.5 cup, chopped
    Olive Oil, .5 cup
    Aldi Minced Garlic, 1 tsp


Cook rice according to package instructions adding 2 Sazon Goya packets while boiling. Saute carrots, onions, garlic and broccoli in 1/4c. olive oil then set aside. Add hot cooked rice to sauteed vegetables add 1/4c. olive oil and mix carefully over low heat to combine all ingredients. Serve hot.
